I don't read your work yet, because I'm new here and just found you, but I really enjoyed this reading, make me laugh and it's captivating the way of writing. I hope that you keep going.

Welcome to Substack, Hedera. Being captivating and funny are the two highest compliments you could give, so thank you very much! I’m still going, just in a bit of a slower period right now. I look forward to seeing you around.

Fantastic Luke and Thankyou so much, I feel honoured. A Thank you to you for this piece as a reminder to not let my inner voice of sabotage and self doubt take over. “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will” ♥️

As a woman that has worked in my share of peculiar restaurants, I’m sure I’ll get a kick. Keeping eyes peeled 👀

Thanks, Lex! I'm hoping to get my next post out tomorrow morning my time (AEST). It's about a woman who works in a bizarre restaurant. If you've ever worked hospitality, you might get a laugh out of it.

Brilliant, funny (made me laugh quite a few times/ loved the registers :-) and inspiring (for all of us creative types to keep on trying) Keep doing what you are doing, you have a real skill.

I kind of like the image of you being so inspired you fell over. That is how I assume I affect every reader. One time I saw a man collapse in the street and my first thought was, "I wonder which story of mine he read."

Garrett, thank you very much. I woke up this morning to see someone had liked six of my stories. I've never had that before, so it was quite a thrill! Thanks again.
